USAID Advancing Nutrition is recruiting for a Project Coordinator on the Finance and Operations (F&O) team. The project coordinator will work to keep the F&O team organized and on deadline through day-to-day administrative support. They will work closely with the Grants Manager to administer the project's grant portfolio, coordinate internal administrative functions, and provide F&O support to other teams. The project coordinator will support the project’s travel approval process, monitor and track project purchase orders, and support procurement and HR efforts as necessary.

This course takes participants through five modules introducing Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning, and Adapting (MERLA) for international development programs. Participants learn how to integrate MERLA into the project cycle, develop data collection instruments and manage performance and evaluation data, design program logic models and performance indicators, and understand implementing costs.
