Support for physical, mental, and socio-emotional needs and close relationships with nurturing caregivers can mitigate effects of trauma and displacement. Programs should explicitly target young children and caregivers, improve alignment with the Nurturing Care Framework, and identify priorities for comprehensive guidance.
