The Feeding and Disability Resource Bank is a repository of materials that help nutrition and disability program managers, government leaders, and donor agency staff design and implement effective nutrition programs for children with disabilities. Resources include manuals, job aids, training curricula, and assessment tools as well as research articles that provide programmatic tools. All resources are relevant to one of the following five sections of the resource bank—
Multi-Sectoral Nutrition Resource Review
Information on long-term dietary intake is often required for nutrition research or program planning, but surveys routinely use short-term assessments such as 24-hour recalls. Methods to reduce the impact of within-person variation in 24-hour recalls typically require extensive training and skill. Developed to facilitate analysis and modeling of dietary data to inform nutrition research, programs, and policy, the Simulating Intake of Micronutrients for Policy Learning and Engagement (SIMPLE) macro is a dietary software tool to increase the accessibility of 24-hour analysis.
Adolescent Nutrition Resource Bank
This resource includes a brief summarizing key findings from qualitative research with pregnant adolescents in Bangladesh focused on prenatal care and nutrition practices, as well as a peer-reviewed publication based on the in-depth interviews. Interviews were conducted by trained peer interviewers with pregnant adolescents, adolescent mothers, adolescents' family members and health workers. The brief may be used to interventions to improve accessibility and quality of health care and nutrition services for adolescents.

The curriculum provides a progressive series of facilitated discussions, each 2 to 3 hours in length and conducted in the community. Initially participants meet separately in peer groups: mothers (beneficiaries), their husbands, and influential elders. At the end of each discussion, the groups come together to share their learning and build a shared vision for change. The original version of the curriculum has been adapted for several agricultural programs across different regions of Bangladesh.
