USAID Advancing Nutrition, or USAIDдин "Мыкты Азыктануу" долбоору, worked in the Kyrgyz Republic from October 2019 to October 2023, with a focus on Batken, Issyk-Kul, and Jalal-Abad Oblasts. We worked to improve the nutritional status of women of reproductive age (ages 15-49) and children under 5, focusing on the 1,000-day window of opportunity between pregnancy and a child's second birthday. This video provides a snapshot of the project's impact over the life of the project.
