This brief provides an overview of the videos included in the Responsive Care and Early Learning (RCEL) Video Series and shares information on why they were developed and how they can be used. Strengthening the capacity of health workers and other early childhood service providers to counsel caregivers in RCEL is critical to improving early childhood development outcomes of young children. USAID Advancing Nutrition developed this video series to help service providers learn by watching RCEL in action in local contexts.
