Use this guide when assessing new contexts and developing recommendations to improve dietary practices using locally available resources. The primary audience for this guide are field practitioners designing and implementing food and nutrition multi-sectoral programs with community-based interventions. The guide focuses on developing recommendations for children 6–23 months, but can be tailored for any age group (pregnant and lactating women, adolescents).
