This course provides an introduction to the topics of nutrition, feeding, and healthy growth for infants, young children, and children with disabilities. It covers basics on a balanced diet, types of malnutrition, feeding best practices and responsive feeding, disability and its interactions with malnutrition, and factors involved with feeding difficulties. It also describes SPOON’s digital health app Count Me In, which supports the healthy growth of children. It is intended for a wide audience of professionals working in children’s health.
