The consultant will support and provide technical expertise and input, specifically on cash and voucher assistance (CVA), by:

• Provide support for key informant interviews
• Inform the process and supporting the development of a mapping survey
• Analyze the results of the mapping survey
• Select projects for in-depth case examples
• Co-create the case example methodology and operational plan
• Provide support for in-country case-example data and information collection
• Co-draft a final report, inclusive of survey results and case example findings.

The consultant will have the following minimum qualifications:

• At least five years’ experience working in Cash and Voucher Assistance design and intervention. Experience with CVA for nutrition and/or linked to nutrition outcomes, highly preferred.
• Existing relationships with cash and voucher actors and experience with CVA and Nutrition coordination mechanisms.
• Experience in designing and conducting surveys of gaps and mapping of initiatives preferred.
• Professional fluency in English. Additional language capabilities (French, Spanish, Arabic) preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite.
• Strong writing skills.
