Hadiza Joy Marcus has more than 13 years of experience in technical and management positions for international development health programs, at both national and sub-national levels. She brings the experience of an excellent relationship builder with proficient management skills; and has a proven record of accomplishment in developing strong partnerships with stakeholders as well as great leadership skills.

Hadiza previously worked for the Jhpiego Performance Monitoring for Action (PMA) project, where she established the Technical Advisory Group, with a primary goal of bringing together representatives from various stakeholder groups, opinion leaders, and the community to provide support and guidance to PMA project implementation and develop organizational capacity of implementing partners. Before that, she worked as a Senior Program Manager on the Jhpiego Mobile Alliance for Maternal Action project, where she had oversight responsibility for the deployment, management, monitoring, and accountability of project implementation and resources. Hadiza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology education and a Master of Public Health.
