USAID Advancing Nutrition is recruiting for a Project Coordinator on the Operations Management Team (OMT). The Project Coordinator will work to keep the Operations Management Team (OMT) and project leadership organized and on-deadline through day-to-day administrative and technical support. S/he will coordinate and backstop project management activities, coordinate high-level internal and external meetings, including meetings with USAID. The Project Coordinator can expect to support project management activities and operational tasks such as maintaining the deliverables trackers and dashboards, processing contract amendments and addendums, annual work planning, reporting and maintaining meetings notes and communications with technical, finance and operations teams. S/he is based in Arlington, VA and will report to the Deputy Project Director.
