USAID Advancing Nutrition (USAID AN) is seeking consultant in Kenya to develop a breastfeeding counseling mentorship program for Kenya. USAID AN is collaborating with the Kenya Ministry of Health, the USAID Mission of Kenya and East Africa, USAID Bureau of Global Health, and key country stakeholders to design and test a facility-based mentorship program to strengthen capacity to provide breastfeeding counseling in Kenya. In support of this work, the consultant will be expected to:

1. Collaborate with USAID AN and other consultants in Kenya to develop a first draft of the components of the mentorship program (guidance, training package, and tools for mentorship).
2. Coordinate feedback from USAID, USAID AN, and stakeholders in Kenya and develop a second draft of the mentorship package.
3. Support revisions to finalize the materials of the mentorship package.

The work is estimate to be approximately equivalent to 23 days between date of hire and September 15, 2022.
