The Contracts & Finance Manager is primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration of contractual activity on the project, including subcontract administration, work orders, general contracts and procurement, consultants, and support to general financial management, including but not limited to, subcontract and consultant invoice review. They will collaborate closely with technical staff across the project to implement activities and play a major role in explaining complex contractual processes in a clear and accessible way. This position requires in-depth knowledge of USAID contract requirements, and ability to clearly convey contractual options. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a USAID contract and have a service-oriented, problem-solving mentality. This position will remain open until filled. Candidates will be interviewed on a rolling basis.
